Our story
Zeno Page, the owner of PAZE Heating & Cooling began his career as HVAC tradesmen in 1979, while serving in the US Navy. Fifteen years later, with much experience, training, and the encouragement of family, PAZE Heating & Cooling formed in 1994.
Here at PAZE, we are state licensed, board certified, and an insured contractor. We hold a plethora of other industry licenses, certification, designations, and training in the HVAC trade. Our primary equipment line is the Carrier Corporation product line. We are a Carrier Alliance Dealer, and member of the Building Trades Association, National Institute for the Uniform Licensing of Power Engineers, Inc. (NILUPE), and The American Legion. Additionally, we hold a Residential Building Inspection license and a member of International Code Council.
We are a full-service HVAC company. Our services include full installation, diagnostic service, troubleshoot/repair, replacement, retrofit, pre-purchase heat/air system inspection, and second opinion. We will diagnose, design, and install the most suited heating and/or air conditioner system to fit your individual need. We are fully insured and bonded. PAZE provide unsurpassed service and experience. We are timely and organized. Our strength lies with our integrity, knowledge, and faith.
